Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Griha Lok, we value your time and trust. Our team of experts works diligently to prepare for every consultation and generate accurate analysis reports. As such, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our consultants.

​

 

1. Live Consultations (Video/Audio Calls)

 

​

This applies to all live advisory sessions, including Vastu Shastra audits, Interior Design consultations, and Astrology readings.

  • Cancellations:

    • 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

    • Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. This is to compensate for the consultant's reserved time which could not be offered to another client.

  • Rescheduling:

    • You may reschedule your appointment one time free of charge, provided the request is made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled slot.

    • Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the session may attract a rescheduling fee.

  • No-Shows:

    • If you do not join the scheduled call within 15 minutes of the start time, it will be treated as a "No-Show," and the session will be marked as completed. No refund will be issued.

2. Digital Reports & Analysis

​

 

This applies to offline services such as Written Graphology Reports, Detailed Horoscope Charts, or Vastu Floor Plan Analysis where a PDF/document is delivered.

  • Before Processing: If you request a cancellation before our team has started analyzing your data (typically within 1-2 hours of booking), a full refund will be issued.

  • After Processing: Once our experts have begun the analysis or the report has been generated/sent to you, no refunds will be granted. These reports are personalized custom digital products and cannot be "returned."

 

 

3. Technical Issues & Exceptions

  • Provider Failure: In the unlikely event that a Griha Lok consultant is unable to attend the session due to technical issues or emergencies, we will offer you a full refund or a priority reschedule, based on your preference.

  • Client Technical Issues: If you are unable to attend due to your own technical/internet issues, we will offer one complimentary reschedule as a goodwill gesture.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

​

 

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original source of payment (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI).

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing speed.
